"As the captain of the Calypso boat it is my pleasure to welcome you on the only glass bottom boat of Lesvos. I would feel honored to welcome you on board of my ship and to show you the magnificent coastline, the underwater life and the island of Saint George, better known as Rabbit Island.

Always I have loved the sea, the voyages, the unseen places.
I have connected with the treasures, pirates, mermaids and Neptune, god of the sea, with beautiful fishes and white seagulls.
They all give sweet lullabies of waves.
When a small dream becomes a reality I want to share it with you and leave it with you.
As the captain of Calypso I would like to leave my dreams with you.

Barbecue on the island of Saint George

As the cooking captain of the Calypso I will introduce you to the very well kept secrets of the Greek kitchen. We sail from the harbor of Petra to the deserted island of Saint George for a swim, snorkeling and a perfect meal. The island of Saint George is better known as Rabbit Island. The story goes that the island until recently was inhabited by rabbits which survived drinking the salty sea water. Try the perfect taste of the red caviar form the sea urchins with a glass of local Ouzo!

Sunset cruise

Enjoy an unforgettable sunset with your loved one(s) during the daily Sunset Cruise, enjoying a glass of local Ouzo and mezedes! Without any doubt the most romantic experience during your holidays.

Trips to the picturesque fishermen village of Skala Sikaminia 

We sail along the Northern coastline passing the hot springs of Efthalou and enjoying the great view on Asia Minor. Many times the dolphins show up to play with us, jumping around the Calypso. In Skala Sikaminia you can admire the beautiful church of the Mermaid and taste the best fresh fish in one of the many restaurants spread around the small harbor.

Trips to the red beach of Tsonia

A few sea miles from Skala Sikaminia we will find the volcanic sandy beach of Tsonia. The place to enjoy a real Greek lunch in one of the best taverns of Lesvos, to take a sunbath on the red sand or to have a swim in the crystal clear sea enjoying the quiet atmosphere. Furthermore, Tsonia is a perfect snorkel location.
